awesome service. simple process top to bottom.

Scheduled my appointment on-line which was very easy. They took my vehicle on-time and it was completed within 1 hour. I was able to connect to wifi and sit comfortably while I waited.

I had a slow leak in my tire and they were able to get me in that day but I couldn’t go that OK so we scheduled it early the next morning. I was in and out in less than an hour. My tire is fixed and they aired up the rest of my tires as well. They do a great job, taking care of my suburban.

Brand new truck 7800 miles brought in for an oil change and tire rotation. Would you think when they rotate the tires they would check the air pressure? My monthly check up from onstar comes two days later and ALL if my tires are approximately 5# low! Kinda makes me wonder if they even rotated the tires for the extra money i paid?

I love taking my suburban here for service. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. I usually have one other thing I want them to check when I bring it in and they always write down a note and do it every time. I appreciate their attention to detail.

I was scheduled for a routine service with oil change but I was having issues with my tire sensors when I left home. I mentioned ot to the guy checking me in and he had the service guys look at it too, I needed new sensors and they replaced them while I was there.....that was much appreciated!

Appreciate you getting me in and taking care of my service needs. Where I work out of town during the day it does create an issue to deliver my vehicle the night before and then catching a ride back to my apartment. It would be nice if you provided a loaner car for customers like myself.

Great experience seamless

Told them my car's lane assist always steers to the left instead of finding the middle of the lane, even after an alignment. The invoice they gave me just said the software was up to date and explained how lane assist is supposed to work. Nothing repaired.

I had a recall on my 2022 Chevy Suburban and scheduled an appointment and got in the next day. They called me promptly when it was finished and I picked it up. Everyone there was so friendly. Alex had gone over everything when he called. I got my keys and headed home.

We scheduled an appointment for 8:30 with our sales member and the finance staff to sign the documents for the vehicle we were purchasing. We were assured it would be a quick process as I had to take time off from work. The finance member was not even ready for us to sign any until 9:16. Then we had to wait another 10 minutes for him to get the rest of the paperwork ready so we could begin the signing process. He definitely showed that his time was more valuable than that of the customer. We would also suggest that the sale associate increase their knowledge of the of the Chevy trucks that they sell. He had little to no knowledge about the truck.
